Dr. Belanger graduated from Northeastern University and earned her medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Following graduation she completed a two-year foot and ankle surgical residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx. In 1998, Dr. Belanger accepted a fellowship position at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento, California where she trained in trauma of the foot and ankle.
After completing her extensive postgraduate training, Dr. Belanger accepted a surgical professorship, teaching surgical skills to medical students at the New York School of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Belanger has worked at several private practices in Monmouth County, before deciding to open her own private practice in Oakhurst.
Presently Dr. Belanger maintains her private practice, Belanger Podiatry Associates LLC in Oakhurst, NJ. Dr. Belanger has surgical privileges with Hackensack Meridian at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, and Central Jersey Surgery Center in Eatontown.
Dr. Belanger was born and raised in Warwick, Rhode Island, and now resides in Monmouth County. Dr. Belanger enjoys spending time with her twins and participates in crossfit fitness training, running and participates in many of the local 5k runs.
